When we find the buildup to much to be released
then it is time for the slow intake
and acceptance of what may be
or what has been.
He left his home this morning
he left her alone this morning
and on his way to the bus stop
the sky fell tears on his face.
She woke up alone in her home
and she knew that what had been
was their last moments together
and for now she doesn't regret her mistreatments towards him
and what may be
is them never together again.
She'll find her sick pleasure in her depression
and more sick pleasure in her self pity,
despair, and loathing.
She'll listen to the most depressing music
and look forward to the tears.
But the buildup is to much and she won't release
and 'what may be' is bleak...uncertain.
He is tired of hoping.
